March 2 , 2018 we had our Lunar New Year Celebration, celebrating the year of the Dog. Students participated in singing, traditional Dragon Dancing, and explained the significance of the Chinese tradition. Thank you Ms. Why for coordinating this day and all the Teachers who participated in the assembly. Thank you parents and family members for attending and supporting your students.
On February 23, 2018 students and staff participated in out African American Heritage Celebration. Students participated by singing traditional and non traditional songs. They played African Drums and did wonderful step routines. We want to thank Brother Muziki for coordinating this event and all our wonderful teachers and staff for working with their students in preparation for this celebration. Thank you to Teachers, Staff and students for also participating and wearing traditional African Attire. Last but not least we want to thank all of our parents for your support.
